The Corner Reformer

The Corner Reformer is my classical Pilates studio, located on the south end of the Soulard neighborhood. I focus on private sessions and small group classes. The studio has a range of equipment, including a reformer, Cadillac, mats, a Wunda chair, spine correctors, and additional pieces to support your fitness goals.

Private Sessions

If you in-person, one-on-one sessions are your preferred way to work out, then join me at my home studio, located in the historic Soulard neighborhood of St. Louis! Using classical Pilates as the foundation, I will work with you to address your fitness goals. You will learn the classical order on the mat and the reformer, and get experience with other apparatus as well. Each session ends with homework, so you can incorporate what you learned from your sessions into the rest of your life.

Price: $60 per 55-minute session

Packages: $275 for five sessions

Soulard Special: $55 for a 75-minute intro session, which includes a full fitness assessment and goal-setting. This special one-time offer is only available for first-time clients.

Small Group Classes

Since most of my neighbors are new to Pilates, I offer two beginner mat classes each week. This class focuses on fundamentals and the beginner classical mat order. The small group format allows clients to progress and advance together. Interested in additional small group class times? Contact me and let me know what would work for you!

Pricing: $25 drop-in

Packages: $110 for five sessions

Summary of Events Regarding Breathe Education
In 2022, people began raising awareness about ableism, racism, and transphobia perpetuated in Breathe Education training programs. Those who posted information were often harassed and had the information taken down if it was shared on social media. I agreed to host these documents on my personal site to ensure the record would be available. Read the statement here.
