Editing Services

Includes researching, drafting, revising,  and completing written content for print and electronic documents.

Includes copy editing, proofreading, and making qualitative comments about a document's style, coherence, and readability. Editing services may also include a sit-down consultation for an additional fee.

Allyson specializes in press releases and similar publicity materials, professional communications, academic writing, and employment documents (résumés, curriculum vitae, and cover letters) .

Rates vary from project to project based on the length and scope of the work. Writing services are billed by the hour or by the project; editing services are billed by the page. Nonprofit and startup organizations are eligible for a 15% discount. All initial consultations regarding project specifications and rates are free.

Please note that rush jobs (anything with a deadline of fewer than five business days) will be subject to an additional fee.
